LED Display Inspection Process

 1. Check whether the color displayed on the LED display is highly consistent with the color of the broadcast source, and whether there is a significant color difference between adjacent modules. In this way, the realism of the picture of the installed LED display screen, the superiority of the control system, gray level, and scanning frequency are guaranteed.

   2. Check whether there is mosaic or dead spot on the display screen. Module necrosis is common, that is, the display shows always bright, often black small four squares or a single small black dot. The main reason is: the quality of the display connector is not good, which is mainly caused by the quality of the die. resolution.

   3. Flatness and brightness. Generally, the flatness of the display screen should be kept within ±1mm, so as to prevent the display screen from being distorted or partially convex or concave when displaying pictures. The quality of the flatness is mainly determined by the production process; the brightness is determined by the quality of the LED die. The brightness of the indoor full-color screen must be above 800cd/m2, and the brightness of the outdoor full-color screen must be above 1500cd/m2, which is too low. It will cause the picture displayed to be unclear.

  4. white balance function. That is to say, when the ratio of the three primary colors of red, green and blue in color science is 1:4.6:0.16, it will show pure white. When there is an error in the actual ratio, there will be an error in the white balance, and the main attention should be paid to whether the white has a bluish, yellow, or greenish phenomenon. The quality of the white balance is determined by the control system of the display. Of course, the die also has a certain influence on the color reduction.
